Peaceful Site with Lovely Views

Stayed here with a campervan for 3 nights in June 2025 and had a lovely peaceful stay. Lianne and Steve were very friendly, and the BBQ pack delivered to our pitch on arrival was delicious. The views from the pitches are great, but you should be aware the whole site is on a slope (which means you do get the nice views down to the sea) so make sure you bring some decent levellers with you. There are two water points in the field, one by the hedge and one located more in the middle of the field - which meant we could easily drive up and refill our onboard water tank. EHU and Wifi also provided and worked well. Single shower/toilet unit was clean and had good shower pressure and nice hot water, but I foresee only having one this would be an issue if the site was busy. An extra toilet facility would be useful. Outside dishwashing area with a chemical disposal point also provided. We did the walk down to Tresaith which was a bit overgrown and difficult to pass in places due to some fallen trees. We also lost the path at one point and went wrong. Ended up taking around 40 mins to walk there. But had a nice time at the beach and a meal at the Ship Inn before walking back (uphill!) to return to the camp site.

Stunning Views!

We stayed for three nights in our camper with dog, and the welcome from Lianne and Steve was fantastic—so friendly and helpful. The BBQ pack we pre-ordered was amazing and a great option. The bathroom, a single room with a shower, basin, and toilet, was spotless and functioned well, though there is only one toilet to be aware of. The dog field was a nice touch, making it easy to let the dogs burn off some energy. The view from the pitches across the bay and into the sunset was stunning, a perfect way to unwind in the evening. I deducted one star because on Saturday night, a family with two young boys arrived, and the parents were more focused on their view than supervising their kids. The boys played football near the other vans, setting off all the dogs, and the parents did nothing about it, which spoiled the last evening. It would easily be 5 stars all around if it were adults-only!

One of the best CL sites we have stayed at

Lovely well maintained site. Beautiful views. Very welcoming and easy to find. A footpath down through fields tovTresaith with a fab meal in the Ship overlooking the beach. Careful when entering and leaving when towing as it’s quite a narrow entrance.

Beautiful campsite, with enclosed dog walk.

Fantastic views to the coast, levelling blocks required and could be challenging if very wet. Solar bath is a lovely addition and the shower/toilet is awesome! The owners were very friendly and helpful, shall definitely revisit and the two holiday lets looked fantastic. The lanes are steep and narrow for walking in the surrounding area, a footpath from the site takes you to the coast access fields which may contain livestock.

Perfect!

We spent a week here in our camper van. What a lovely place! The hosts are friendly, welcoming and helpful; nothing is too much trouble. The facilities are excellent for a small site. Clean and well appointed toilet/shower room, excellent secure dog field, even a solar powered outside bath! Great electricity, water and WiFi supply and a lovely walk through the Meadow at the bottom of the field. You can walk to Trasaith easily from the site to visit the pub and a beautiful beach. There's so much to see and visit within a few miles, we will be back regularly to continue exploring. Then, just before settling down, sit outside with a glass of something cold watching the sun go down over the magnificent views of sea and countryside. Perfect!
