Great CL site

We stayed here for a weekend and had a great time. The owners Danny and Natalia made us feel very welcome and were on hand to help when needed. They have done a super job with the site. The site is slightly sloping, so we used levelling ramp, it has spectacular views across the Staffordshire Moorlands. Beautiful! There are good toilet facilities also onsite. We had such a nice weekend we are going back soon. John, Vicki and kids.

Great site

Stayed for 2 nights. Owners welcoming and helpful. Lovely views in all directions. Toilets new and clean. Easy to find. Easy access to Peak District. Walking distance to 2 pubs, although we only had time to try one - The Yew Tree Inn - which was full of character and did a lovely pie and mash. Close enough to one end of the Manifold Trail to cycle from the site. Will be back.

great little site

Lovely site

Just back from a 5 day stay here and had a great time. Views from the van are second to none, looking out to beautiful hilly scenery. The owners were extremely kind and accommodating to us and had lots of tips and advice on exploring the local area. The site is downward sloping (nothing dramatic) but you will need a levelling block. It is worth noting there is a quarry behind the site. We found the noise to be minimal and did not really disrupt our enjoyment in anyway but it is worth mentioning. Overall this is a great little site for the views alone and one that I am very sure we will be back to and I thorough recommend it it to others.
